Balmora Reserve wants every client and guest to be able to use our website and our services.
Accessible vehicles
Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available in most markets with advance notice. Tell us about any accessibility needs when you book, including mobility devices, service animals or assistance getting in and out of the vehicle, and we will confirm a suitable vehicle and chauffeur with our operating partner. Service animals are always welcome.
Our website
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. The site supports keyboard navigation, screen readers, text resizing and reduced motion settings.
